This warranty ensures that any defects or issues resulting from our workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost to the customer. Additionally, all materials supplied by Thormack Electric Inc are covered by a one-year guarantee from the date of installation. However, materials not provided by Thormack Electric Inc are excluded from any guarantees or warranties. This policy underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients. 

Thormack Electric Inc. hereby warrants that all labor performed by its employees or agents within Edmonton, Alberta, and the greater area is guaranteed for the lifetime of the installation. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and entitles the customer to remediation at no additional cost. Furthermore, Thormack Electric Inc. guarantees all materials supplied by the company for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty is limited to defects in materials and does not extend to materials supplied by third parties, which are explicitly excluded from this guarantee. This warranty constitutes the exclusive remedy for the customer and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
